Visiting the laundromat
When are you open?
All four laundromats are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week—including holidays. You can get directions and visit without calling to check opening hours.
Will an attendant be available?
Our stores have overnight attendants. Daytime staffing schedules vary. Wash & Fold lockers let you drop off and collect orders without needing to arrive during an attendant’s daytime schedule.
Do your machines take coins?
No. Every location uses a Tiny Bubbles Laundry card to operate the washers and dryers. Bring cash, a credit/debit card, or mobile pay. Add value to your Tiny Bubbles Laundry card at the in-store kiosk, then use your laundry card at the washers and dryers. No quarters needed.
Can I check my laundry-card balance online?
Yes. Use the Check My Card Balance button to open the Laundroworks card portal and follow its login instructions.
Do you have machines for larger loads?
Yes. Our laundromats have multiple washer sizes, including machines that can handle up to 8 standard loads. Choose the right size for your items and leave enough room for them to move.
What does a wash cost?
Washer prices vary by size and location. The following are published examples; the price displayed on the machine is the price for your selected cycle.

What does drying cost?
Dryer prices depend on capacity and time. See the examples below and check the displayed machine rate. High-extract washers leave less moisture in your clothes, which can help reduce dryer time.

Wash & Fold and locker access
Which locations offer drop-off Wash & Fold?
Tucson, Goodyear, and Tempe/Guadalupe. Phoenix offers self-service laundry only.
When can I drop off or collect my clothes?
Drop-off and finished-order lockers are available 24/7 at the three participating stores. Follow the posted instructions to leave your laundry and submit your order information. We send your unlock code after placing the finished order in a locker.
Does 24-hour access mean laundry is processed overnight?
No. Locker access is around the clock; washing, drying, and folding follow the service turnaround you select.
What detergents and laundry products do you use?
Our service uses premium laundry products, including Tide or Arm & Hammer detergent, Downy softener, and Bounce dryer sheets. Let the team know about product preferences when placing the order so we can confirm what is available.
How much is Wash & Fold?
Next-day service is $1.59 per pound. Eligible same-day orders at Tempe/Guadalupe are $1.99 per pound when dropped off before noon. See the complete price list for bedding and specialty items.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum for drop-off Wash & Fold is $20.
What turnaround should I expect?
Next-day service is the standard option. Eligible same-day service is available at Tempe/Guadalupe before the noon cutoff. Confirm the selected service and ready time when placing an order.
Can I get same-day service?
Tempe/Guadalupe offers eligible same-day orders received before noon at $1.99 per pound, with a $20 minimum. Do not assume an overnight locker drop-off will be processed immediately.
Is my laundry washed with other customers’ clothes?
No. We keep customer orders separate to help prevent mix-ups and keep each order together.
How do I pick up a finished locker order?
After your clothes are finished and placed in a locker, we send you the unlock code. Use that code to collect your laundry whenever it is convenient, day or night.
