Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromats are open 24/7 including holidays. We are open every day, every holiday and those days when everyone else is closed. No need to call us to verify if we are open. We are!
Our laundromats are attended on varying schedules during the day. We have an attendant overnight at all locations.
All of our laundromats are card operated. You can obtain a laundry card from our kiosks in our stores using cash, debit, credit, and EBT or mobile pay from your phone. You use our laundry card to operate the machines.
The Phoenix location machines accept both COIN and our laundry card.
Yes, we have machines that can take up to 6 loads of laundry at a time.
Prices vary by size of machine. Below is a general idea of price by machine size
2 Load Washer $4
4 Load Washer $7
5 Load Washer $7.50
6 Load Washer $8.00
Dryer prices also vary by size.
Large 75LB Dryers are typically $2.50 for 30 minutes
Stacked 30 (3 load) are typically $1.50 for 30 minutes
Stacked 45 (4-5 load) are typically $2.00 for 30 minutes
Wash and Fold Questions
Our Tempe location accepts pick-up and drop-off between 7AM and 7PM everyday. If you need to drop off your laundry outside of those hours please use a locker and scan the QR code on the locker to submit your info for next day processing.
We use premium detergents such as Tide or Arm & Hammer for detergents, Downey for softener, and Bounce dryer sheets.
Not much. Check out our pricing page to see the most current prices. Remember, we are here to help you free up your limited time so you can do more with friends and family. $1.99 for same day processing if received by noon and $1.59 for next day service.
Our minimum for fluff and fold drop off service is $20.
Most orders are ready for you to pick up next day or in 24 hours unless, of course, you choose same-day service. Same day service is available if you drop off by 12pm.
Yes, you can. Same-day service is available for drop-off orders for $1.99 per pound (with $20 minimum) if dropped off by noon.
No, we do not. We keep all orders separate to ensure good hygiene and avoid mix-ups.
